When updating User details, the following fields are available:

| First name | The person's first name |
| Last name | The person's surname |
| Email address | The person's email address (optional) |
| Volunteer start | The date this person started as a Volunteer with you. Their name may be added to the SaleDay summary "in-the-box" slip for any SaleDays after this date. Leave this field blank if the person is not a Volunteer. |
| Volunteer end | The date the person stopped being a Volunteer. Their name can't be listed as a Volunteer for any SaleDays after this date. Leave this field blank for an ongoing Volunteer, or a User who is not a Volunteer. |
| Access level | Select an access level appropriate for this person. At this stage there are only two levels; "user" and "admin". The "admin" level is required for the person to be able to add or edit other Users, record Grower payments or Subscriber payments, change the VegeBox price, view Reports or unlock a SaleDay in the SaleDay summary form. Access levels may be expanded more in the future. For example there could be a level for people who can view the data but not make any changes, or who can only view specific Reports. |
| Can login | Select whether this person is allowed to log into VegeBoss (Yes or No). If the user is currently logged in and you change this to "No", they will immediately be logged out and won't be able to log back in. |
